"We stayed 3 nights 4-7th May. Loved the hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony with the most amazing views which really made our stay very special. First visit to Switzerland but not the last! Breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna and steam room at the end of the day was lovely. Bath and shower great. Hotel needs freshening up a little but we loved it anyway and the location is fantastic. You just walk from the hotel down to the train station. The walk from Wengen to Lauterbrunnen was fabulous.Hope to return again. "

"This hotel was perfect!!! Easy to access from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful with check-in, the restaurant had many options and my rosti and sautéed vegetables were delicious. The spa was relaxing and easy to use with the help of the staff member. Our room was clean and comfortable. View was incredible. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. I would stay here again any day."

"We loved our stay here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived quite early and they allowed us to check-in and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Located in a very quiet area - steps away from the Oeschinensee trail and cable car. The cable car was not open during our stay, as it was off-season. There was a delicious complimentary breakfast included which was great. Lots of options! The only complaint would be that the rooms are not soundproof. We were able to hear our neighbors often. But it was not disruptive to us at all. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in over the course of my last 3 stays in Wengen. Nice, clean rooms, lovely balcony with great views. Have a great breakfast and the staff is some of the best I have encountered travelling Europe. The pool and spa were a great add and just minutes from the train station close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Absolutely fantastic stay! Will be back 100%!"
