"Fantastic hotel we’re super friendly and helpful staff. Will absolutely stay there again the next time when we visit Hanoi"

"Our stay at Dusit was very relaxing after long days of travel and touring the city it was so lovely coming back to a refreshing clean room. The stay was so nice we went to HCM and Phu Quoc came back and wanted to stay here again. Hung Luu at check in was very respectful and helpful both times we stayed. As well as Tram Anh at breakfast was very pleasant and kind. I would give them 10/5 for hospitality and will always stay here if ever back in Hanoi "

"Just about the Lotte mall tayho. Very convenient to the airport as well as grab something to eat "

"We had a fantastic 1-week stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel! The suite was absolutely splendid with a pretty balcony and lavish bathtub - my kid especially loved the projector setup which made us feel like we had our own home theatre. The hotel’s peaceful location, away from the city’s hustle, made for a truly relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. A special mention to our...

"Very nice stay at the Somerset Westpoint. A special Thank to the whole Team including Mr. Dat (Chris). They helped me a lot during my stay. I know the team from my past stays in Hanoi (at Sheraton). I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Doesn't matter if you are in Hanoi for Bussiness or leisure. Perfect location and great Team. "

"This is the kind of place experienced travelers appreciate. New apartment, good location, walking distance to the lake, and everything you need. It’s easy to relax here and feel at home."

"Clean and good facilities for a room. I have good trip and experience when stay here. "

"Peaceful, comfortable and grand in scale. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice and many items cooked to order. It is a way from the Old / French quarters, but there is a free shuttle bus that runs 4 times a day and Grab fares to and fro are not excessive. Some good local dining options. Airport shuttle also recommended. We loved it!"

"Love the area. Actually happy that I was not in the more touristy areas, like the old quarter. Easy places to taxi. Loved exploring the area. The lake is the bomb, and there are any number of eateries, and services, surrounding the lake, and the adjoining streets. Must see."

"One of the front desk guy was super nice very knowledgeable and attentive super knowledgeable and helpful his name is Khanh. Super helpful"

"I must say "wow". I liked the place very much. I will stay here for the next time visiting Hanoi due to its convenient location and great facilities"

"It’s a nice hotel, good breakfast, clean rooms with nice friendly staff. Only issue is it’s a little further away from the old quarter but if you don’t mind taking a 20 minute drive then it’s good."

"Pros: very friendly lady at the breakfast, amazing pho I still remember! Friendly stuff as well. They do laundry as well. Close to a huge shopping mall Lotte. Cons: tiny room with an outdated bathroom. Located between the airport and old city. All in all: nice place to stay but you should know by booking at what area it is located (the area itself is totally fine, it’s just you either will need bus or taxi to go to the old city). "

"I highly recommend Crescendo Unique Studio for anyone visiting Hanoi. The combination of location, amenities, and service makes it a top choice."

"A really nice place to stay about 35 mins (walk) to the centre of Ha Noi. The service was good throughout our stay, where the staff were welcoming and always checked if we needed anything else. "

"This is very nice hotel .The staff get trained well."
