Hotels in Bangsar South

Hotel is beautiful; nice room and nice view. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. However, concierge was never available. We could not even get a map of the city.

Great

The breakfast was good and it was a buffet so we were happy 😃😃 The room was always clean and tidy. There is a food court and small shop just across the hotel. It’s not far from KLCC

Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. Very convenient whether you are using public transportation or taxi/Grab. One disappointment was that there is no way to walk to the...

We found this hotel to be quite luxurious an the location was great! Check in process was quick and painless. The front desk and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and we appreciated the cleanliness. Breakfast selection was also very good.

Beautiful property, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent help from the concierge, breakfast was phenomenal and the service was A

Holiday Inn is one of my favorite hotels! From the moment we arrived, the gentleman at the entrance warmly welcomed us and helped with our luggage. I can't remember the front desk receptionist's name, but she was incredibly kind and welcoming to my husband and me. Although our original check-in time was 3:00pm, we arrived around midnight. She was happy to accommodate an early check-in, and we had no problem paying the additional fee. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Our room was...

Everything just so perfect! Will definitely come back next time!

Great place, convenient to klia

This hotel is conveniently located just over the central railroad station. There are lots of restaurants in the shopping centre next to the railroad station and the breakfast that is included in the hotel is excellent.

Overall, the stay was comfortable and good; location was excellent as Mid Valley Megamall was just right beside the hotel through a side entrance, meaning you don't need to brave the hot weather or sudden rainfall to get to the shopping mall. However, what I would like to focus on is their excellent service. I wasn't feeling well and as it was too early in the morning, I wasn't sure if the shops were open for me to purchase anything to help with it. I called the housekeeping service to see if...

Everything was amazing except it is located in PJ. Pretty far from KL and the neighborhood is not good.

Just awesome!

BEST hotel I ever been to. The most wonderful staff ever. From my check-in to my checkout.

Great stay. The decor is a bit dated, but who cares? Everything is in good condition

The check in and check out were super smooth, almost non existant. The room had a great city view as promised, it was clean spacious and the pillows were one of the best I ever experienced in a hotel. The staff are friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend getting the club room as it has great value for money. The hotel being on top of the pavilion mall is a great advantage. The breakfast has a variety that allows those new to Asian food to experience it in baby steps. If you don't want to...

Hotel concept was definitely outside the box, not your typical hotel in a good way. I applaud the design. No pool, no gym but a beautiful lobby, a wide variety of interesting books, a bar with very nice bartenders and televisions 📺. Breakfast was ok, for local nightlife activities the food night market was 1 minute away walking so super convenient, really good food, I enjoyed that option. There's also an arts and craft building about 3-4 min walk, lots to do, painting, jewelry making,...
