"Wonderful hotel. Had a lovely stay. The staff were so friendly and kind and helpful."

"Hotel was amazing and clean! The staff were very helpful."

"We booked the design double room with mountain view. Room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the large open windows to be able to look out over the town. Communication for check in was great. This place also went over and above when they found out it was my partners birthday by arranging a birthday surprise for her. I would happily recommend Sapa Chill Retreat for anyone looking to book in here."

"The hotel is definitely a piece of art. Very beautiful and vintage. The location is very convenient which is very easy to reach the town, famous cafe and some must visit sights."

"The hotel is lovely, beautifully situated for viewing the mountains and I loved the restaurant."

"The location is perfect, walkable but just far enough away so it's not noisy. Great breakfast, great room. "

"Hotel is nicely renovated and check in was efficient. Thank you Mr Chien and Claudia for the attentive service, for making us feel so welcome and the birthday surprise. All the best to the hotel and staff!"

"Great property and staff. Everything was as expected. Plus they took great care in providing tour information and a great guide. Would highly recommend this property. Easy walk to the lake area. It is a ways to walk, but No large hills. That was my concern. Pretty flat walk to downtown section with many restaurants and entertainment options. "

"The rooms were very clean, the hostel itself is beautifully decorated and has very good facilities available. The host is very sweet and extremely helpful when it comes to booking tours or just looking for recommendations in general. There’s even a cat roaming the home stay so if you’re lucky you might run into him!"

The hotel is well located near places to eat and drink and good access to everything to do in Sapa. Very friendly and helpful staff made sure we had everything we needed with some nice additional touches.. Great stay."

"Had a great stay at Greenland Hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel was in a great location - about a 10 minute walk from the square/Sun Plaza. Our room was really spacious, beds were a little hard but still slept well. Also had really nice touches such as snacks on arrival, water each day and free toiletries. "

"Great staff and a very enjoyable stay. Clean and comfortable."
