"The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a car and the hotel provides a valet parking for a fee, which is well worth it. The hotel is very centrally located, with lots of amazing food places and great atmosphere, at the same time it is very quiet. We stayed with our kids and they also loved it. And not to forget, breakfast was absolutely amazing!!"

"Good location right off of Plaza Mayor, parking as close. Room was small but nice and good bathroom. Only knock was it was an inside room and no light from the window, just a brick wall. But we were only there one night and didn't spend much time in the room. Breakfast was good and staff was lovely."

"There is no staff at the building but I got the codes via email and there was a WhatsApp chat with the virtual reception. No cleaning during my 6 night stay but I was aware of that and was happy with it. Comfortable firm bed and nice to have a sofa as well. I would stay there again,"
