"The room was clean and had basic amenities you would expect. Air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfy. Unfortunately my stay was spoiled by a member of hotel staff (a man claiming he was working on reception) entering my room at midnight with a female ‘associate’... As a single traveller this made me feel completely unsafe. Would not recommend on this basis."

"The food at the hotel was really poor....when there was any.....lots of empty space and hungry residents. They didn't make up our room or change our towels until we complained. Our children in room 2 did not experience the same issue. I asked to speak to the manager but he did not show himself which I think explains why the place loves to take your money but makes no care to ensure the customer experience is good."

"Reception and Staff were very good, Hotel showing it's age in some areas and could do with some repairs, my bathroom door was showing signs of repeated water damage and poor repairs. Air conditioning was very weak and could do with upgrading. Good choice at buffet breakfast but could be executed better. Overall not a bad option for the type of hotel. 10 minutes walk to the town centre and beach."
