"Great property with spacious rooms and parking! The kids play area was a great amenity that we enjoyed alot!"

"Im surprised VRBO allows this company on its site. 36 hours(ish) before check-in you'll be hit you with a overly-demanding check-in process and rule book that includes re-registering via a confusing app, uploading your photo, passport, credit card etc. Rules include separating and putting out all garbage, cleaning and putting away dishes etc. All automated—forget speaking with a human, Dont charge hotel prices if you dont provide hotel service."

"Cozy cottage with a nice terrace and excellent buffet dinner and breakfast. Could have used some extra blankets as it was quite cold when we went but the place was clean and funcrional"

"kindness place and lovely comfortable."

"Location of its facility is surrounded by magnificent and beautiful mountains with lots of green, atmosphere is totally different from big city Tokyo. The owner of pension is quite friendly, and capable to treat guest with "omotenashi" from his long experience. "

"A beautiful little inn that has two private Sento (baths) and jazz music playing throughout the day. The rooms were clean and quiet. I had a Japanese style room with a futon but Western rooms with beds are also available. Breakfast changed from Western style to Japanese each day; maybe you can request a specific meal type. The Keith Haring museum is just across the street and there were a few onsen and restaurants a short drive away."

"Our stay was wonderful. We felt so welcome. The pension was very clean and comfortable. The owner was fantastic. She made us a wonderful breakfast. We left there knowing we will surely return again!!!"

"People are very nice. Foods, Onsen, and fish in the pond are nice."

"A lovely property! The house and rooms are very clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this property again should we visit in future."

"The staff went out of their way to assist with several things. The Chinese restaurant was great. We were able to do laundry. "

"Fantastic breakfast, cozy and convenient location."
