"This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!"

There was ongoing construction work at the property, with active construction machinery noise that would have made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The manager was also not present on site to check us in, which added to the inconvenience. Additionally, the access to the property was difficult, and the location was much farther from Nainital...
