"Amazing hotel. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever experienced in over 40 years of traveling"

"Great hotel in great location. Very nice and great staff"

"An architectural masterpiece, the best facilities in Delhi, surprisingly inexpensive. Immaculate service. The best hotel in Delhi only the Oberoi can compete however the Imperial is better value for money. "

"Firstly, at the time of the check-in i was told i am being given a special room with a special view. It would have been better if that wasnt mentioned in the first place - bcoz moment i stepped in - i saw the view of a terrace with AC outlets. Best to not create high expectations - know your hotel. secondly, for a 5 star hotel to not have an iron in the room or on the floor and not mention while checking in is crazy- it took them 30 mins in the morning to get me the iron and we could see that...

"Amazing staff, clean room, great location!!!"

"The area is a big congested but staff were helpful and room was clean. Mohammed, Subham and Harshad were helpful in carrying plenty of luggages to car. Dadan was at reception and very helpful Overall stay was pleasant hotel wise"

"The rooms are exact. Hotel is actually located in the ally, but so is everything else. I thought my driver dropped me at the wrong place. It was my first time in India so I didn’t know what to expect. Overall, I was safe there and would stay there again."

"Right in the middle of the Main Bazar Road, near the railway station, it was perfect for us. The staff were great, really helpful and sorted out a taxi to take us to the airport. The room had no windows but other than that was also great. Anyway if we wanted to look out onto the road, we could go to the roof where the restaurant was "

"New King by Backpackers Heaven offers a comfortable and pleasant stay with its clean rooms and convenient location. The hotel is well-maintained and suitable for both short and long stays.
