Absolutely loved this vibey property. Totally immersed at the foot of the mountains in the outdoors yet with modern, gorgeous rooms and bathrooms with private balconies and all the amenities. The Michelin restaurant experience was amazing as are the spa amenities (although I wish the jacuzzi was hot, but this seems to be a thing in Europe that jacuzzis are room temp). The staff here were absolutely spectacular. So accommodating and sweet. We loved our stay!
this was a tremendous vacation, everything in the hotel is suited to pamper the guests. Service is impeccable, anyone you encounter whether its the chef, the waiters, front desk, spa and even the manager will smile and look for ways to be helpful. the rooms are comfortable and well equipped , the showers are small but nice especially the rainforest head. the hotel's restaurant is the best one we experienced in the islands, the spa and thermal pools are really great after a day of travelling

Ideal location in the heart of the main city. We could walk to pretty much everything. Had a rental car (ask them about referral discount for Autalantis) and there is a free parking lot barely 3min walk up the street. We liked the private hot tub, especially since the weather was too cold to swim. The room had a kitchenette, which we appreciated since there's no room service and it was 20 minute walk to town. A car is definitely needed for Sao Miguel. The room was cleaned very well, but people aren't very careful and we could see stains on the sofa even though the hotel is relatively new. There was a somewhat small smart TV in the room, but it worked well. Breakfast was basic but included with the reservation...
They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels!
It’s a beautiful home overlooking Ponta Delgada. There’s a beautiful pool in back and it’s extremely walkable as you are right in the old area all section of the city. Everything is very comfortable.
