We were greeted with a welcome drink and received a gift when we left.
The castle itself is absolutely stunning and amazing, so much to explore, so beautiful. Around each corner there was something else to discover.
The different cellars, the watch tower, the chapel, the gardens, the lounge, the bar, etc.
The restaurant with different dining rooms, a glass house, panorama terrace, courtyard terrace.
And the food...
I like everything at the hotel clean quite long lovely easy to find easy and cheap parking tasty breakfast but at check out one of the staff was rude and she has wrong information about prices + check out time and she was rude infourntly
Clean rooms, great parking and the staff was super friendly. We had the family room and it was great for our crew! Loved that we didn’t have to share bathrooms with the kids. I would definitely return as it’s so close to Kitzbuhel but half the price.
We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. It is not simply a 'hotel' but a beautiful resort and spa, so we regret only spending 12 hours there, basically to...
