Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering).
Our 2 nights at the hotel were amazing. We loved our balcony to relax and look out at the lake. So many shops & restaurants in walking distance. Our room was huge, so clean & very nice.
Upon arrival the staff was extremely helpful and very polite. We had our dog with us and they suggested places to go with him that he would enjoy. They were spot on. The room was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The only suggestion is that the front entry is not great for rolling heavy suitcases into the lobby. Really comfortable and spacious. Fantastic area and was able to see the stars. The price was well worth it. The only difficult thing about the area is that everything closed a bit earlier than expected so finding food at around 9pm was difficult.
