We had a pleasant stay! It was very hot when we arrived. The first room we were given did not have working air conditioning. However, we spoke with Josh at the front desk, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a room with working air conditioning. We booked this hotel because we needed air con and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived to when we left, it was everything we had been looking for. The staff was great and were able to accommodate us with an early check in. They even have little goodie bags for the dogs, which included a ball. There's a great wooded area across the street from the hotel that's nice and shaded, which the dogs appreciated during the heatwave. This hotel was fantastic and exceeded our expectations....

The hotel is located outside the city of Bath. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre, so we took a local bus. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which is very convenient.
