The staff were very helpful. I asked for a few things (extra towel, extra sheet, glasses of ice), and all my requests were filled quickly and with lots of friendliness. The room was comfortable with comfy bed and pillows. I've been in lots of hotels this trip, and this was definitely one of the best.

Clean modern room. Very nice common spaces. Dinner reasonably priced and well presented, but a little disappointing. I had the pulled beef and mushroom Wellington. Pulled beef is just a euphemism for beef puree. Some pieces of meat would have been nice. Breakfast was good. This place is much better value for money than the airport Radison Blu and you can walk to and from the terminals. However, you do have to walk in the open which would not be good in rain.

Was lucky to chose this hotel location is great bathroom bed very clean staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back.

The Titanic Hotel should be a must if you are going to be staying in Liverpool. Besides the historic nature, it is an very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The staff are amazing, the room was spotless, and the food is wonderful. The bedding, for me, was perfect. I generally have trouble getting a good night sleep the first night in a hotel but this room was so comfortable I fell right asleep. The decor is the chief's kiss for any Titanic buff. Good value for money.

Really enjoyed our stay here at the INNSiDE by Melia (Manchester location). Staff were extremely polite and helpful from the get-go - and though we arrived earlier than the check in time we were accommodated and allowed to use the spa area (shower, sauna) to freshen up after a long international flight. Very happy with the hotel, room, amenities etc. The location is very convenient…it’s near some awesome coffee shops, cafe’s, and also not far from main Manc’s city center.
