"Amazing value for money, we were scheduled to pick our son from Creamfields Festival… staff offered excellent advice on best place to park/pickup to avoid the massive traffic jams. Food was excellent value for money, room was very clean and tidy as were all other areas around the restaurant/bar/seating/reception area. Would stay again, excellent value."
"Ideal booking. Clean and pleasant hotel. Lots of handy amenities, Starbucks, restaurant, gym and swimming pool. Restaurant a bit over priced however it is handy. Also a very short walk to another restaurant close by.

We drove up to the hotel I had booked and my partner was immediately disappointed to have arrived at a Holiday Inn located in an office park, but by day 4 of our visit to the Wigan area to visit friends and family, we both appreciated how great a spot we had found for our stay. First of all the property is incredible. Very well maintained manicured. Excellent for short walks to clear your head while working. We had arrived early and the staff accommodated in early check-in. Throughout the day, we were treated with fantastic hospitality, and great service.
This is a great hotel and pub that is super clean yet very dog friendly. We were lucky enough to stay on a Sunday so had a great Sunday lunch and a wonderful breakfast the next morning.
The staff was the best part though. A great crew of people who clearly like what they do.

Well kept historical farm. Bonus awesome short walks nearby. Very peaceful when needed. Deer park walk includes carless country lane, a huge estate to explore and paths to contemplate the peacefulness. Followed by great meal and people afterwards at the tavern next door to Ash Farm. Plush room and shower to cozy up in. Best breakfast ever: atmosphere, fresh fruit, all homemade food, and personal quality service from the owner and his chef.
This is a lovely historic hotel, centrally located. From the very beginning the staff was right there to make us feel welcome and cared for. It was easy to find your way in the hotel and the room was spacious, clean, beautiful and comfortable. There were thoughtful extras too. The bar and breakfast very good and a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. I would love to stay again!
Clean, convenient, good staff, good breakfast - I wasn’t looking for luxury, i wanted something easy and this place was it. Will be using this hotel and this chain more in the future
The apartment is located in the shopping center, Liverpool One, which, while not unique (the ubiquitous Starbucks, Zara, etc.) , is convenient for getting to the local museums, Magical Mystery Tour, restaurants (we recommend Cosy, right next door), etc.

Localização perfeita, conveniente para visitar pontos turísticos e perto de boas opções de alimentação, bares e mercados. O staff do hotel foi muito atencioso, nos deram todas as informações com bastante clareza e gentilmente cuidaram de nossas malas pós o check-out para que pudéssemos aproveitar a cidade antes de partir. Recomendo muito esse hotel!
