"Ideal booking. Clean and pleasant hotel. Lots of handy amenities, Starbucks, restaurant, gym and swimming pool. Restaurant a bit over priced however it is handy. Also a very short walk to another restaurant close by.

We drove up to the hotel I had booked and my partner was immediately disappointed to have arrived at a Holiday Inn located in an office park, but by day 4 of our visit to the Wigan area to visit friends and family, we both appreciated how great a spot we had found for our stay. This was just a quick stop after visiting family on our way to the next destination. We did not expect much at this price but we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was nicely decorated and clean. The bed and room were small but comfortable. We did arrive after dark and were a little worried at first after passing some rough buildings but in the morning we realized all was good and we walked to the adjacent shopping center, which was nice.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Its location was great for any Beatles fan, lots of close by gems. A shout out to Perry for his spot on recommendations for food and games and to Maria for her sincere hospitality, always with a smile. She went above and beyond making us feel welcomed. Thanks again
The Manor still retains the features of the original building. The furnishings are rich in colour and beautifully coordinated. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and curtious.
The standard of food both at breakfast and dinner was excellent.
The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

First of all the property is incredible. Very well maintained manicured. Excellent for short walks to clear your head while working. We had arrived early and the staff accommodated in early check-in. Throughout the day, we were treated with fantastic hospitality, and great service.
Breakfast was spectacular. They make their own bread! The people were lovely. The check-in process was ridiculously simple and straightforward. The on-site was easy. The room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again!
Nice setting on the edge of town, surrounded by farmland. Very quiet. Easy access in and out. Room was clean and very spacious; nice to have an iron and ironing board, and plenty of storage space. Love the hearty breakfast. Great to have a full bath, too. The only thing that lowered the rating for me this time was that the wireless signal kept cutting out, and I had to call Reception 1-2 times a day to get it restored. The location was tops! Right beside Albert Dock with a variety of good restaurants and places from which to get tickets for many tourist attractions. Also, the Beatles Story was there for a nice visit. We were lucky that the M&S Arena was right in front of our hotel, which was very convenient to see the Andre Rieu show, which was why we went to Liverpool from Puerto Rico.
Clean, convenient, good staff, good breakfast - I wasn’t looking for luxury, i wanted something easy and this place was it. Will be using this hotel and this chain more in the future
Great place to stay from a match at LFC! Was close to the Liverpool one bus stop for the 926 bus to Anfield and the 500 bus to the airport . Plenty of good places to eat near by. Very walkable city.
