Devi's Place is a gem and Villa Mandala is a gorgeous villa with a divine indoor/outdoor living room and kitchen and blissful pool. We loved the area too, though it's hard to leave for even a few hours since the spot is so serene. Internet was largely great (could stream videos and skype) though it did go out one evening briefly - this has happened to us at other nice places in Bali and was only an issue that one time. We did not see any mosquitos at Villa Mandala - it gets a nice cross-breeze....

Loved my stay in the villa over the koi pond. The location is great with everything within walking distance. A car can not drive all the way down to the property but Adi will help you with your bags on a scooter to reach the entrance. The only down side is the Wi-fi. If you are looking to work from here, you will not be able to rely on the internet. But there are plenty of cafes and options close by!

Had a good stay at this hotel with the family. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and had different variety each morning, basic drink and snacks provided in the room for free. Staff were very nice and friendly. Takes about a 10 minute walk to the main road where all the shops and dining options are. Gets pretty dark at night since there are no street lamps. Some part of the streets have barely any sidewalks so that was a challenge. Other than that, stay was pretty good.
