"Our Large Room was lovely and clean. The staff were very pleasant and tried to help wherever possible. The facilities were very good. Swimming pool was ideal and loved that children were welcome. Easy to find with Plenty of parking. We had breakfast including with our room and it was a lovely spread of food for everyone, no problem if you wanted eggs done a different way . You just asked a member of staff and they were always willing to help. Will definitely return ."

It felt like home. A short walk to the bus depot gave me access to all surrounding sites, or an easy 25 minute walk to city centre. Tea and coffee, juice and bread on hand. Two friendly dogs that were all talk at first became friends during the first encounter.
Great central location, with a grocery store only a minutes walk away. Breakfast was very good and seemed to options for everyone. We were in Norwich during July, and the temperature was nearly 40c, we chose this hotel for the AC.
Lovely old style hotel in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful with advice to explore the city. We had a basic double room with a large bathroom. The toiletries were lovely a very comfortable bed. Would like to upgrade next time. We didn’t have the breakfast. But the special treat was a tour of the city in a vintage Bentley with Jim the tour guide and driver. He was so informative and friendly. Didn’t want it to end. It was complimentary and such a bonus. The room was large with a bed, sofa table and chairs. The kitchen seemed well stocked, although we were only there for one night so did not cook. The only problem was parking, found parking in a multi-storey two streets away. We would stay here again as it was close to Cathedral, town centre and not too far from castle.
