"First off, I would like to mention that I booked this hotel through hotels.com for 2 days including the new year gala dinner. However, the hotel did not honor that booking, and after extensive negotiation, I was asked to pay extra for the stay. The stay was pleasant otherwise but the NY gala dinner and event was subpar. The hotel does not provide accommodation for drivers but instead provides food. Overall service was good and breakfast was decent."

"The location and view from the hotel was breathtaking, local market is just walking distance from the hotel but the best part of hotel was the food my plan was MAP that included breakfast and dinner and the quality of food was finger licking... Coming to another point the staff was very cooperative and specially that guy Sandeep Sharma from room service department was very good, rooms were well versed and clean and perfect, plenty of car parking space...
