"I booked this hotel because all the 5 stars in the city were booked. And I checked out from the hotel within 5 hours because the both the bedroom and the bathroom were infested with bugs and cockroaches. I escaped with a few bites on me and I don’t think I wanted more. NOT RECOMMENDED. "

Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed. "Worst place to stay. The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I arrived around 10:30 PM, there were several men loitering near the entrance who made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Many occupants appeared to be intoxicated, smoking, or under the influence of drugs. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for solo or female travelers."
