"Property is in a dilapidated condition. Room toilets have broken toilet seats.... "

"The property should think about the cleanliness of the carpets in the rooms and the chairs in the dining area, also should do something for the drivers to sleep atleast in the nivht timings majorly."

"Hi, Deepak is very helpful and kind, I will recommend to everyone, "

"Food was good, staff were helpful and polite. "

"Location of hotel is in a very crowded area. Earlier used to be Majestic Cinema and now rebuilt as a hotel. Lady at reception had very poor communication skills. Rooms are not cleaned daily and despite requesting the reception to clean room, no action taken. Rooms are very small in size and hardly any place for keeping your bags. Breakfast was OK and very spicy. Will not recommend this hotel. Management needs to wake up and appoint professional staff who understand basic English or Hindi. "

"Very nice and Friendly staff. Very cool faculty . Nice place to Ajmer "

"I will book 3 rooms but room is not available after booking he will provide other hotel without ac, my experience with mitral inn is very bad."

"La habitación estaba recogida, pero con las sábanas y almohada sucias. El baño tampoco estaba en las mejores condiciones de higiene. Es una lástima porque la única es buena respecto a la estación de tren."
