"Stavros at Ballas Apartments was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and communicative. The room was basic, but very clean, bed comfortable, it's in an absolutely perfect location with spectacular views. There's private off street parking, and a veranda overlooking the ocean and port. It's close to restaurants, but far enough away from "town" to be quiet. I slept with the balcony door open to let the sounds of water lull me to sleep. "We well enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kourkoumelata. The owner greeted us as we arrived and helped us arrange a rental car. The room was tidy and aircon was on when we arrived making the room nice and cool (it was very hot outside). Staff were very friendly. The owner went above and beyond organising for our laundry to be cleaned and even giving us an impromptu driving lesson. For a two star accomodation I was very happy with our stay and experience. "
