Nice loft with high ceiling situated right by the port and the business district with many waterfront restaurants and shopping stores. It is also very close to the main bus station to Agios Nikolaos/Heraklion. The check-in process was very smooth and easy.
OMG we LOVED staying at Stella's traditional inn. It was so quaintl you felt like you were a guest in an old greek village home, with all the modern amenities. Eg: the bathroom light was an old revamped oil lamp. Water pressure, excellant and even loofah;s available; cool and breezy under pine tree shade when Kato Sakros was boiling, and All windows and door were with screens to protect from mosquitoes. It was so peaceful and quiet you could hear your thoughts and sunrise over the ocean view...
We received a very warm welcome by the owners. Although we arrived early they accommodated us and checked us in early. The breakfast was authentic and delicious! The rooms spacious and clean. And oh, the view Fantastic!!

Very friendly and helpful management. This is a good location. It’s just a short walk to the downtown, but it’s location is in a very quiet neighborhood with excellent views.
Very nice clean and comfortable for a very good price, right across the street from the ocean. The only improvement I could recommend is get some shower curtains that are about 2 inches longer. The one in our room was too short to contain water in the shower stall, so the bathroom floor got all wet. But other than that, everything was great!
Facilities are new, located in a quiet area, great option if you want a quiet vacation away. The bed very was comfy, the outside pool and private pool in the room ate both great!
The staff were very nice and helpful and always smiling.
The food menu in the restaurant was overall very good.
What an amazing place to stay! An excellent property. The hostess is sensitive to needs, and hospitable. It is a quiet place with an amazing view of the lake. Highly recommended property right in the midst of all the action in Agios Nikolaus. Restaurants and shopping right outside the door.
We had a great experience at the Elounda Hotel & Villas! We would highly recommend the seaview villas, which are right on the water, with a large deck overlooking the beautiful Meditaranean! They are a bit more pricey, but definitely worth it. The staff was terrific. They were all very friendly, spoke great English, remembered our names, and our drink preferences, and were very accommodating with any and all requests.
