"Great staff for our whole visit, welcoming and helpful. Nice room with big bathroom and very comfortable. Small but welcome swimming pool in the middle of the old town. Too breakfast with another nice member of staff who was replenishing as well as cooking and serving. Near loads of tapas bars and the harbour. No problem leaving our bags there all day while we went exploring the city. Top hotel!"

Quality in everything they do at this hotel from the welcome drink on arrival, to the staff who are consistently friendly, professional and welcoming. Located in a great part of the old town, lots of great restaurants close by and the added bonus of a rooftop pool with an honesty bar for refreshments, we both loved Palma and loved this hotel. Highly recommended."

Staff are friendly and accommodating and our room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!"

"The first thing I have to say is OMG the air conditioning!! We were there during an insanely hot season and as soon as we walked into the room I was in heaven. We stayed at a few different hotels in other cities and the AC was definitely not up to American standards, as is the case in most of Europe. This place had literally the best air conditioning of any hotel in Europe I have ever stayed. Bravo!!"
