"Amazing staff and hotel. Food was great and everyone was very helpful"

"Nice room with great view"

"Good hotel, convenient location if you need to be in financial area, friendly staff"

"Great hotel, well maintained, amazing service across all staff members."

"Great property and amenities "

"Excellent location, but air-con system seems to be old, and not good enough to deal with the London heatwave. Free mini bar in room, free drinks and nibbles ( available when we were leaving on a sunday, but not sure they were available upon arrival) was nice touch. Room size a touch small, but fine. TV system is really slow and kept crashing. Overall 7/10 for a five star hotel."

"Great location cool flat"

"Really nice hotel with lovely staff. The pool and spa area were a great place to relax and the hotel’s location right on the river and just across from Borough Market is great."

"Amazing stay staff were brilliant"

"Excellent hotel, so cool, staff so welcoming, loved the place, deffo be back"

"Location was perfect and the bed was very comfy"

"Beautiful hotel in a great location, we were only stopping for one night as we had an event nearby and it was truely excellent. Breakfast was exceptional in lovely surroundings and lovely and relaxed vibe, will definitely stay again for a couple of nights to make the most of the location as it is so walkable to lots of good spots. Staff were really friendly and helpful too."

"Great hotel. Rooms were very nice and the staff was amazing "

"A lovely stay in a perfect location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was exceptionally clean and well presented. The only downside was the heavily frosted window, which meant very little natural light came into the room. This made the room feel quite dark and, at times, a little oppressive. It would be great if this could be addressed, as otherwise everything about the stay was excellent."

"This is a great hotel - perfect staff, incredibly calm room, comfy - I cannot recommend enough. Thank you and I will be back !"

"Great stay - lovely room and very clean with nice toiletries"

"I love this hotel. I've been going regularly for the last 12 years and it's always a real treat. The staff are so friendly, the decor is fabulous with antique furniture and lush velvet drapes, smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels for breakfast are really tasty, and the location if perfect."
