"We selected Seiler au Lac primarily for the lakefront view, but we were thoroughly impressed with the stay overall. The property overall is admittedly a bit dated, but the staff clearly takes very good care of it and takes pride in their work. Everything was sparkling clean, especially the bathrooms, and there were multiple little touches that helped the stay be even more special (lots of free pre-stocked drinks in the fridge, for example). "The staff were very cordial and helpful. The rate is May was very high. It is an old hotel. The room was clean but the plug points for charging phone are all old so no USB connections. The hotel is only 5 to 7 min walk to Interlaken West Station so was v very convenient but it was expensive. The breakfast was excellent every morning. We stayed 4 days here. We would like K e to recognize John, very helpful overall and few front desk people - Regula, Nruna and Tanya. They were very helpful....
