"Really great hotel, well maintained and really friendly staff. As I was staying during a really hot summer, I very much appreciated the very good and quiet fan which helped to bring the room temperature right down. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Pleasant staff, nice breakfast, and very convenient location. Superior parking facility… room was clean and everything worked. If I had to stay in Bulle again, I’d return. Recommended."

"Établissement neuf, très joli, le soir très bien dîner au restaurant c était top. Le personnel est très sympas, après dommage pas trop de choses à proximité immédiate pour se dégourdir les jambes mais sinon parfait"

"Perfect stay. The room was huge, recently renovated, with super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also big, with spacious shower. You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools. The village of Charmey and the valley are beautiful, with a télécabine near the hotel, so the access for hikes and other activities (such as toboggans) was very easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and close...

"Clean room and helpful staffs"

"Very good hotel and restaurant"

"Its a very traditional, older chalet and amenities are in line with older style places. The staff were faultless, helpful, courteous and tolerant of our coming and going. Its a hike to get there but the free railway, if you have the time, saves on cab fares. Food is fresh and its very popular for dinner with everyone in town and the views are terrific.. Thanks especially to Tebo for looking after us but they were all great. "
