"We really enjoyed our stay at hotel B&B Modena. It was few mins away to the amenities we needed. The property itself was neat, lovely and easily accessible and had a private parking for an additional €7 p/n. We booked for a quadruple room which was amazing and provided us with the comfort needed for our stay. Staff were ready to answer any queries we had & breakfast was good. There are very nice restaurants in the neighborhood offering amazing Italian food."

The host was was accommodating and responsive as we booked last minute, though they sent instructions for through a variety of online sources including WhatsApp, Gmail and Vikey for check in so difficult look through for the check in directions if you are rushing, which we were. "We had Room 6 which appears not to be the room in the Expedia pics with the sloping ceilings and it wasnt setup for twin beds but we made it work by sharing the double bedding. The location was spot on for the Ferrari and Maserati museams as well as bars and restaurants. The on street parking can take a while to find a free bay but they offer paid parking as well"

"Great location in Modena and a nice neighborhood. It's self check in but the staff was very responsive through WhatsApp. It rained one day so we greatly appreciate the umbrellas for borrow. We visited in the Fall and it was a bit chilly out. I don't know if it's a Modena thing or just the building - the AC doesn't turn on when the outside temperature is low. Yes we can open the windows but the mosquitoes came in. Also it would be nice to have lotion and one trash can in the bedroom area. Overall...
