"Thanks to our host, Rita, we had a wonderful stay. My wife and I enjoyed the evening immensely. The room was clean and the bed comfortable; the house is a delight, as was the food and drink. There is secure parking and you are close to town without being right in town. A quick drive to the Villa to admire the mosaics. "

"Very happy place eager to return fantastic host who made us feel welcome at once great helpful staff Quiet surroundings our stay was most enjoyable thanks!!"

"Nice place. Very hospitable host. Good parking. Excellent breakfast. The home is older with thin walls. Another guest had a cold, I assume, and we listened to him blow his nose (or honk it) vigorously for hours. Same with toilet flushing, teeth brushing and shaving. We could hear it all. But the actual host and property is very nice. "

"We only stayed one night but they were extremely welcoming and kind. It’s an unusual property with a family history, our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! "

"Lovely room, clean tidy and breakfast was delicious! "

"Cute farm setting with friendly owner and cute dogs to play with"

"Very comfortable and Lucia is a great host. Nice breakfasts. "

"Very accommodating staff and nice clean hotel with convenient location"

"Only stayed one night. Only one person at front desk. Room was quiet and clean. Hard to find"

"Loradonna is an amazing host, her cooking was amazing, and almost all from the property. The location is absolutely gorgeous. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Ci vediamo al prossimo, loradonna! "

"The hotel was an easy walk from the bus station and the staff was very friendly and helpful "

"The owner and staff at this hotel are wonderful. They wete kind and generous. The location opposite the duomo next to a bar and restaurant was perfect. The rooms are funky and fun. There is a kettle for tea and coffee in the room, which was terrific. Fabulous place to stay!"

"Xenia is a nice place with big rooms in sn old apartment house. It has great charm and atmosphere. The breakfast is good and incl. what one can expect. The traffic in the morning was a bit disturbing. "

"The room was nice. Had everything we needed. Language barrier aside, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Our passports were held overnight which was disconcerting, but normal I hear. My only complaint is the motion sensor light in the stairwell shut off mid staircase leaving us to use our cell phone lights to get up to our room."

"Bed was a bit hard but owner was very friendly and breakfast was wonderful "

"Heel rustig gelegen, de eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het enige minpunt is dat er geen ontbijtbuffet was zoals op de foto's te zien. Iedere morgen kregen we 1 croissant opgevuld met marmelade en een klein chocoladekoekje. Er was koffie, water en een brikje fruitsap. Met een meer gevarieerd ontbijt gaf ik zeker 10 op 10."

"An amazing experience and team, clean and peaceful friendly and welcoming with excellent food. Highest recommendations "

"Tutto perfetto, struttura bellissima in un bellissimmo posto con vista sul Lago di Pergusa. Ottima cena e colazione. Molto gentili i proprietari e il personale."

"The best thing about the stay was Luana. She was helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. The heating unit did not heat the room sufficiently and the floors were way too cold. Rugs would have helped. It would also be helpful to have separate heating in the bathroom along with hotter water for the shower."

"Room was clean, nice hot shower, big breakfast spread. Owner was very nice, let us park in her spot. Good location to walk around town. "
