"I will definitely book a room at the Gracery next time I stay in Shinjuku. Rooms are very new and better size and layout than the dated APA hotel options next door. Bathroom was huge with a separate room for the shower and tub. Breakfast buffet was the best Ive had in Japan: tacos, salad bar, veggies, meats, coffee bar, desserts and lots of other more typical breakfast fare options. Very easy access to JR station in Shinjuku. Lots of food and entertainment options. Despite the location the rooms...
"The room was smaller than I imagined but the services the hotel provided was nothing short of amazing. The bakery and the restaurant were delicious and the staff were able to help you along your stay. I would go there again when I visit."
"It was nice clean spacious room
Very helpful staff
Laundry and sitting room was very relaxing. We are not big on breakfast so we got some coffee and simple protein from family mart across the street. Train station Iidabashi was 2 minutes walk"
"Staff were professional. The stores and restaurants are near by. The best part is the bus from Narita airport and back to Narita is very good and on time. Thank you."
"Great property in the Heart of Shinjuku. Great view on the 30th floor.
Definite Godzilla theme and staff is welcoming.
Cheers,
Denver Guest of June 2026"
"It was a lovely clean quiet spot close to 2 stations in Ginza. Although it’s not in the center of the action in Ginza, it was a great place to rest and recoup between all our activities."
"A few enjoyed our stay in this hotel while visiting Tokyo for four nights.
Great views, helpful staff, and good breakfast buffet with variety of options to eat.
Ginza is a great area to stay with walking distance to every thing."
"Expensive but worth the peace of mind as it’s a stop on the Airport Limousine Bus. Staff is helpful and made luggage forwarding easy. Breakfast lounge on one of the top floors was included in our stay and that was delicious. We also enjoyed the floor with panoramic views. It’s not in a particularly busy part of the city so it took about 10 min to walk to Shinjuku station every time but it was not a deal breaker for us as we are used to traveling by foot to the transit when we visit Japan."
"The hotel location is excellent right outside Shimbashi station. You can go directly to Haneda airport on a subway line. It is also very close to all the Ginza shopping— a 10 minute walk. The breakfast is wonderful and their Premier lounge is very nice if you stay on those floors."
"This was my first trip to Japan and specifically Tokyo. This hotel was a phenomenal hotel. The service was exceptional and polite. Located in the heart of shinjuku. I am recommending to friends and family. Arigato gozaimasu!"

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Bach. The rooms were unique, quiet, comfortable and clean, and the black out blinds were a lifesaver for helping us get over jet lag. The close walk to great shopping, bars and restaurants was another huge plus. Will be back!
1# The staff were amazing and were on top of every question or concern I had. 2# location to major rail lines (for Tokyo and leaving Tokyo), bars, food and shopping. 3# Rooms were big for Tokyo and super functional.
What a treat! This hotel does not disappoint, excellent value for relatively moderate rate. Fresh flowers @ lobby, well appointed room with all the extras and the location in the middle of Ginza right next to Ginza line…
The room was pretty small for 3 adults, but as they say it’s Tokyo. The location is very convenient. Staff are pleasant. There’s lounge area where my son enjoyed playing vinyl records at the end of the day or early mornings.
Great hotel close to transportation, stores and restaurants. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and places.
Excellent customer service.
Good size renovated rooms and great service.
Everything was perfect.
Nice and upscale property at a great location for food and shopping. Also super close to multiple train stations and subways. Recommend getting the breakfast too.
Very clean. Good, convenient location. Multiple subway lines are about a 5-7 minute walk away, and Shimbushi station is close (Tokyo station is a little over a mile away). Walkable to Tsukiji market. A lot of food options within walking distance, and the complimentary breakfast pancakes are a good quick way to start the day. Great shower.
I had a great experience at this hotel during my one week stay. If you take the airport limousine bus from Narita airport, this hotel is only a two minute walk from the last Ginza stop which is at the Courtyard Marriot. I also took the limousine bus back to the airport and the staff allowed me to kill time in the lobby with my luggage until it was my time to leave. The room itself was very clean and cozy. I was able to comfortably open two big suitcases on the floor and arrange my things....
