"The AC was only set to heater or fan, and I couldn't seem to change it to cool, but fortunately it was a cold night so it was fairly comfortable. It was a very nice hotel, and not too far from Sannomiya station, which has loads of restaurants and shops! There was also a nearby convenience store for late night snacks. The property was very clean and quiet, and I had a lovely two nights there. I would definitely go back again if I am in the area!"

"I had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk from Kobe Sannomiya Station, with another train station right across the street for easy access to Osaka. "The room was much larger than expected and the same goes for the bathroom - it has a full size bathtub and the sink has separate piping so you can shave in the sink and fill the bathtub at the same time. The staff was very professional and polite. The hotel restaurant was also excellent serving a great dinner in a nice calming atmosphere. The hotel is located near the Shin Kobe train station in a quiet area but you will need to walk up a steep hill if coming by train. It takes about 15-20...
