"We’re a couple travelling as tourists. We stayed three nights in September. Being close to the train station was very convenient; the castle and Korakuen garden are within walking distance. All staff were incredible from front desk to the executive lounge team. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was good, the shower (over the bath) pressure was great. Our rate included Club Lounge access with finger food and drinks each night which we enjoyed. Views were great."

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the outdoor hot baths were a real treat. The free shuttle bus to and from the station, which takes around 20 minutes, was really helpful. We also liked being slightly outside the city and enjoyed going for walks and runs from the hotel. Overall, a very...
