"I really like this chain of hotels. The staff is consistently outstanding at the front desk and will help you as best as they can with any issue you might have ( particularly as an English speaking traveler), they were patient and extremely helpful). I love the fact that they have a very nice and well maintained public onsen/ bath and acceptable food for breakfast."
