Most of all, it has all I needed for simple stay, e.g. coffee, two stove tops, utensils, convenient store having many meal kits, other small grocery stores within the block, all coffee shops, restaurants for a quick bite or good food, etc. Great plus is the Daehwa Station for Line 3 subway is right on the block. "Stayed here for a night as I was going to attend concert at Goyang Stadium and this was the only place I could find nearby. The rooms were spacious clean and the view from balcony was breathtaking. Check-in was smooth and the people at reception were calm, polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone who visit Seoul and attending any concerts at Goyang or short trip to stay at this property. "
