"Stayed here for a weekend trip and it was amazing. Great value for the price of the stay. Even with the language barrier as an English speaker, the staff was great with hospitality, service, and friendliness. "

"lovely stay, i had a wonderful time and the facilities were very clean"

The lobby was manned only for limited hours but direct messages before arriving ensured a smooth check-in, and for check-out just a key drop-off. "

Messaging through the Expedia app with host didn’t work. You need to contact Expedia to get the host’s e-mail address to communicate with host so he can help you with the check in. At the lobby there is a poster with instructions to download an app. We weren’t familiar with that method of checking in, so luckily the lobby...

The facilities at the hotel are phenomenal and we particularly enjoyed having access to the Busena Resort. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!"
