"Thanks to the whole staff who provided professional service during a very busy national holiday. Gym, pool, restaurant, concierge, etc. were well-staffed. Thanks to Ivy at the front desk for a warm check-in and check-out."

"Evening was good"

"Great location. Next to a shopping mall with lots of dining options."

"It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel and the staff service were great. "

"I definitely want to start by giving a shout-out to Cecilia for being incredible, greeting my brother and I every morning and teaching us a little bit of Chinese too! The breakfast was expansive and delicious, The ala carte menu was during the day/evening was great too. The fitness center was huge and had every piece of equipment you might need. The room was big and had a very nice and clean bathroom. My only complaint, which isn’t anyone’s fault, is that the closest subway is about a 30-40...

"Very friendly staffs, check-in very smoothly. "

"good"

"Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente. Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good. "

"Comfy beds and pillows, alright staff."

"The entire staff was attentive, welcoming and approachable. Translation apps were helpful....everyone always took the time and made an effort to figure out what we were asking. "

"close to the trad show. to fare from airport and any mall."

"We had a great stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us. The hotel was also great. The condition was excellent and the location was first class. It’s literally on top of a metro station and opposite a food court. Would definitely recommend to friends and family who are visiting that part of Shanghai "
