"They would not let you check in until 3pm even if the rooms are ready. Strict 3 pm check in time is not friendly at all. The hotel is great for sure but I would rather stay in Hotel W as they always let you check in whenever they can. Hotel W actually TRY."

"Stayed for 6 nights on a solo trip to Taipei. Room is clean and cleaned daily. The bedding was only changed on 3rd day. Staff were super friendly and helpful and definitely know where the hidden gems are. There's a self service laundry service - washer and dryer on site. They also sell the detergents if you don't have any."
