"A nice little travel hotel within a five minute walk of the train station. Breakfast included western and eastern foods as is pretty standard in Taiwan. Staff spoke English and was very helpful. Would stay again. "

"The breakfast is nice and has a lot of variety. "

"I went to Taiwan on business and stayed at the Sendale hotel in Zhubei. Everything about it was excellent. The location was very convenient, the room was clean with modern appliances, the breakfast was tasty and healthy, and the service was fast and friendly. "

"Hotel staffs are very kind to communicate."

"Older hotel but amazing services with extremely reasonable pricing. Love the breakfast has a variety of vegetables to choose from. Overall I had a very good stay here and will recommend."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was okay."

"What a nightmare. First the address on Expedia was wrong. Spent 30mins looking for the place. Call the property, the person didn’t speak any English and I did my best with my limited Chinese. A security guard saw we wondering around and helped me talk to the property owner. Finally checked in, had to walk around the building to get to the room. The room as like my grandma’s spare room, clean but not a hotel room. I would not recommend this place especially for foreigners."

"The staff were very helpful and is near a lot of shops so it’s convenient."

"I stayed here for 3 nights and had a nice stay. I’ve stayed here several times over the 6 years I have been in Taiwan. It’s very convenient to the Hsinchu train station. A free breakfast is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. I like to go to Cafe Grazie nearby to eat. I think the value is good for what you get. "
