"As soon as we approached check in. one of the lady recognized us and welcome us back to stay with them. She assigned 22 floor for us with clean room with daily clean up by Ms. Tong Ning - very polite and helpful.
We will stay with them again whenever we visit Hong Kong.

The front desk staff, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as staff outside guiding for the shuttle bus services were nothing but kind and welcoming. It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.
We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is not the greatest - a bit far but the MTR is located very conveniently. There's a wet market and...
A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted...
The staff were excellent. Every one spoke good English as well is was helpful with any request I had. Property was clean room was large and the Shower was probably the best out there!
I recently stayed at Hotel Icon in Hong Kong for four nights with my son, and every moment was delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. In a city where space is at a premium, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the bathroom. I absolutely loved the hotel's toiletries!

I've stayed at many hotels in Hong Kong over the last two years. This hotel is pure pleasure. The room was spacious. The pool is fabulous--good size and good sunshine. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious on right on time. Plus, the welcome tea was a wonderful touch. And the location is great and convenient!
I don't often recommend hotels, but this is one I would highly recommend. I am looking forward to the next time I stay here, which hopefully will be soon.
