"Loved everything about our stay at the Quincy Hotel! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the location is great (on a quiet street just off Orchard Road), and our room was super comfortable with a high ceiling and full wall-to-wall window. "The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. "Great week-long stay at the Grand Copthorne. The room had a great view and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. We used the car service from the airport and it was excellent - easy to find our driver and a seamless transition to the hotel. The beds/pillows are on the firmer side. We loved the breakfast - so many delicious options! Try to go early in the morning because it gets busy. The location was fantastic - a 5 minute walk to the Havelock metro station, 10 minutes to the Great World...

"Stayed for 9 nights, my room was very well maintained and the housekeeping staff were great, nothing missed and very considerate. Reception staff provided great service at check in and with any enquiries during my stay.
