"There are staff that went and beyond but the main customer rep that we were assigned ,Kenneth and Abhishek didnt meet my expectations. Kenneth, specifically didnt pick up calls , didnt fulfill my requests even after many reach outs. Its ok if you arent able to fulfill for whatever reasons but just need an acknowledgement. But our cottage was opposite a building site, the hotel seems to be expanding building new rooms, this was never , mentioned when booking, so the noise was hard to tolerate.
