"Yes the room felt neglected, the staff was not smiling and there was no hot water. For the price they charge there should be at leat hot water. "

"Location, staff, properties"

"The hotel welcome is wonderfull. The made the room was made available earlier. But our cottage was opposite a building site, the hotel seems to be expanding building new rooms, this was never , mentioned when booking, so the noise was hard to tolerate. The rooms are in need of an upgrade, there is no fridge , just an empty old cupboard where the fridge shld have been the rooms are spacious but just dated. I asked for a hair dryer, which was bought over immediately but again it was so old, it...

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the...

"Terrible property . Free breakfast was denied .the owner was a fraud . . The room was downgraded and still high payment recieved. Please don't book this."

"Very pretty spot , well looked after by staff. Room very clean, and restaurant served good food. The beach is 5 mins walk away. Nice verandah to sit out on with cane furniture. Only thing we think could improve is the bed was very hard, and more pillows would be nice. "

"High end hotel for Havelock, no wifi in the rooms, wake up call at 0810 (not pre booked) for breakfast. Pasta salad at Dinner wasnt pasta salad but pasta with vegetables in white sauce with cheese. Air con switched off at certain times, reception staff not welcoming. Kitchen staff/ front of house very good. Cleanliness excellent. "

"Gute Lage Ungepflegte und vernachlässigte Anlage Unengagiertes Personal"

"Room was spacious and clean. The only problem was that there was no wifi in the room and mobile internet was also very weak. I had to come to reception area everytime if I have to use internet. "

"When we reached the hotel they moved us to a different hotel. They said that we do not have enough rooms here and they told us to go to Orient resort which was around 1 km away from there. It was very frustrating because e had so much luggage and we had to move from one place to another. Even though I did the booking months in advance!"

"The location of the hotel is really lovely and pleasant on the shores of the beach/sea, but the rooms given to us were in conditions, worth for zero rating on any count, except the sitout area. But the staff are good and very responsive. The restaurant and the breakfast was just o.k. We booked online two rooms called VIP rooms. But in the hotel management view, that might be ' VIP = Very Inferior People'. That was the conditions of the rooms we were allocated. Nothing more to say on it. Against...
