The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful with every question we had regarding the area, sightseeing, transportation etc. The hotel was very quiet and centrally located with a grocery and coffee shop in the small shopping area just a few steps away from the hotel. They even offered us the use of a flat iron hair styler when mine stopped working until I could find a replacement. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk...

" Very nice hotel in a quiet area (Nørrebro) with lovely parks and public spaces. Our room was good size with comfortable beds and a modern TV. Very friendly staff and nice common areas. Only minor complaints: Breakfast is good but rather pricey, our showerhead was a bit wobbly. Will be happy to return next time in Copenhagen. For the record: Henrik Ibsen never stayed at the hotel - but a bust and his collected works are found in a nice reading room by the lobby;-)"
