This is a lovely hotel with pretty rooms in a beautiful part of town. Staff was friendly, and the bed was particularly comfortable.
My only disappointment was that they don’t have a baggage service to hold a suitcase between visits if you are leaving for a short trip, then plan to return. There is a luggage service nearby, but it is expensive.

The location is excellent - near the train station. The price is also quite fair. The breakfast was great - although just a bit pricey if you don't have a hearty appetite. Beautiful newly renovated hotel in great neighborhood in Paris. Everything is freshly painted, nice design work. None of that musty old hotel grunginess which is typical of downtown Paris hotels.
The bed was very comfortable & the room was dark & quiet. Also they called me back when the cleaner found my extra Wallet in the room, so I was very thankful for that.
Pros: There are so many good things about this hotel! I can go on about them. The staff & service was great. They were very accommodating. The cleanliness of our room, the property’s public areas, the pool and the gym are clean. We never saw trash on the floors, dirt on walls, or anything deemed as dirty. They are super kid friendly with lots of play areas (as much as they can afford considering Paris is so cramp). The breakfast buffet offering is amazing any generous! This alone is a big plus...
Excellent location next to the train station and metro. Clean, well maintained room, very welcoming and helpful staff. 10% discount for the Italian restaurant next door which has wonderful food. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.
Clean, modern, courteous and helpful staff, good price, conveniently located for tourists (proximity to Marais, Place des Vosges, easy subway to Louvre etc). Central air conditioning worked well enough even on very warm summer days. Immediate neighborhood is somewhat soulless (Opera Bastille, Bastille square) but so close to the Marais that this hardly matters.
I loved the hotel, everything is good about it and most important was the personnel there, very helpful. Cose to city center and to bus and metro stations, and surrounded by several bakeries, cafes and boulngeries. Its wonderful!
It is easy walking distance to Gare de Lyon. The manager is on duty 24 hours. The room was clean, the bathroom was big enough and the price fit my budget. For American sensibilities, the bedroom was very small, but I only needed someplace to sleep and shower between train and plane so this was ideal.
As a solo traveler, my experience was great. Clean room, good AC, helpful staff. Room was exactly as advertised and was ready on time. They have a room (unlocked) to store baggage before or after checkout which was really helpful for me.
This was located near the RER as well as many metro lines. There are so many great places to eat or have a drink as well. STaff is super friendly and helpful. I plan to stay there again!
The location was great. Close to public transportation, including Gare de Lyon. The rooms were small, but clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. There is a restaurant nearby that has good food and great service - U.S. Ateleirs. I would strongly suggest this hotel if visiting Paris.
Conveniently located near the train station in the center of Paris. Rooms are very modern, new, and large. The view of entire Paris from the windows is amazing. It is a huge disadvantage they don't offer free wifi and charge $10-15/day for it. Seems like such a simple thing to offer and they make you pay for it. Also, it seems like they block your LTE cell signal so that you cannot use your own data inside the building, but it works just fine as soon as you step outside.
