"I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fairly modern and clean. The location was exceptional. We walked to everything in Rome. The Vatican was about 35 minutes walking, but the rest of the classic attractions were within 10-20 minutes. They also helped us with airport transportation and Cruise port transportation. This place was so great to stay at. I felt safe and taken care of. It was such a luxury place to stay at. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk and the other places were just a short taxi ride away
Aside from impeccable cleanliness and AC, the staff was extremely attentive and hospitable. Only stayed for one night there and the front desk staff knew me by name when I came and went, they helped handle my bags, generously handed out cold water and lemonade, and called me a taxi for the airport in the morning. Exceeded my expectations by far! 10 out of 10. When and if I come to Rome again I will be staying here! Christina and the man from the front desk were the greatest.
