"Perfect experience for visiting Gloucester, Dock, Catherdal and museums."

"We had an enjoyable time staying here. A pit stop on the way to another venue. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The sauna and steam room were excellent. The staff very pleasant, helpful and smiley. We didn’t try any food here as we went out. Would stay here again."

"Overall a nice stay. Outside a little off-putting but inside really nice. Notices re heating etc very useful. Most generally good but blinds don’t work very well and that toilet really does need mending very soon - as a female I was hit in the back by the toilet lid several times! Nice and close for exploring the docks. "

"Toilet in restaurant out of order property tired and run down "

"Great location for Gloucester City Centre but all you get is an en-suite room for the night."

"The room was beautiful we stayed in the honeymoon suite . Breakfast was also excellent we would definately stay in this place again."

"Food was amazing, as were the accommodations and staff."

"Joan welcomed us when we arrived, showing us to our room and providing us with local information. Our room was lovely, on the top floor overlooking the abbey. Very nicely decorated with a lovely comfortable bed and a sofa. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Would definitely stay at Jessop House again."

"We took the cheaper room(s) and, although small, they were cosy and spotless, and the bathroom was modern. The check-in process is fully automated, simple to use and worked well. There was plenty of parking available at the hotel at all times. A bonus was the complimentary coffees and biscuits available in the lounge area which acted as breakfast for us. We will definitely stay here again when next visiting friends in Cheltenham."
