"The Diamond Coast gets a 5 star rating from me.........Friendly , helpful staff, lovely well prepared rooms, excellent meals, great parking facilities, and an adjacent superb beach for walking etc."

"A very pleasant hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool, sauna and steam room were a great bonus and actually worked really well. There weren’t many people using them, so it was nice and relaxing. Dinner was reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily come back."

"Four of us stayed at the Twin Trees for a girls night out, and it was a wonderful place! We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel over the two days, and everything was top notch! The front desk manager (Becke?) is excellent at her job - she helped us get taxis and generally handled all of our questions with grace and humor. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the Ballina region."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and clean. The parking was easily accessible. The room was excellent, clean, comfy and lots of room. Location is very convenient to all amenities. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

We loved this place- a really special experience."

"What a beautiful hotel! It was recommended to my husband and I through mutual friends. It did not disappoint. We didn't use the spa facilities this time, but plan to next time. The room was beautiful and spacious. The shower was incredible! The food at the restaurant was delicious as well. Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff."
