Beautiful hotel attached to a huge huge mall which is so unique and pleasant. The hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The hotel was more than I expected especially for the price I paid. Rooms are big and very clean, huge TV and it is nicly located.

Staff were amazing, especially Mohamed from reception. Buffet is good, rooms and clean, but very basic (as expected in this category). My only issue was no power outlet for charging near the bed. Will surely stay again.

Everyone here is extremely professional and everything is kept very clean I’m truly satisfied with my stay. The staff are all helpful, and I haven’t experienced any problems at all. The only issue was that the three hotels are connected, and at first, it was a bit confusing to find my room. It would be helpful if the access routes and elevators were made clearer, indicating which one leads where

Great Hotel for families

The hotel is new , very nice rooms. The area is central but not by the beach or big malls , it's good for business people or if you have family in Kuwait .

Cleaning some hair in bath Which means did not bother the maid to clean
