"Oh my goodness… my favourite hotel in Sydney. I was travelling with my 4yo and he said it was his “Best day ever!”. The staff are so so lovely - we even got an upgrade which was super duper wonderful, thank you lovely man at reception… But all the staff were lovely and so patient with my rambunctious boy. Communal spaces totally groovy, as per ACE style, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed, vinyls waiting for you and great selection of bar snacks and drinks. I love this hotel. Every....

"We stayed there for our son's wedding. We were upgraded to a balcony room on the third floor which was absolutely spotless. (apart from a little mould in the corner of the shower) The bed was super comfortable, the linen clean and crisp. The bonus was that I was able to let some fresh air in, as I was able to open the sliding door onto the little balcony. Both the staff members we interacted with Lucas (I think - I cant remember, sorry!) and Abbie were helpful and knowledgeable about...

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. AC, TV, hairdryers were all functional. It’s not as bad as some of the reviews claim, I had a pleasant stay. Front staff were very helpful, extremely convenient location. Did not have concerns for safety, as female solo traveller. The corridors had worn carpet and a slightly damp smell. However they were cranking up the dehumidifier 24/7. I can’t complain."
