"Other than having a hard time finding the hotel. Need to find the elevator tucked into the building. This was an AMAZING place to stay for my family of 5. The city suite was spacious and allowed my kids to have a separate room and living room area to hang out. Laundry service was such a huge perk that we really needed. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Really enjoyed our stay at AC Palace. It is a very convenient apartment style hotel with large refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven, etc. it felt like we had our own little apartment in Gangnam. It is a good location with nearby metro and shopping nearby. It is not exactly close to the main parts of Gangnam but was fine for us even for an evening or morning walk was fine. Catching metro or uber to other parts of Seoul was easy. Loved it!"

"The staff are very accommodating and the amenities are very convenient. I will recommend to stay in Shilla Stay"

"very clean, staff are very helpful. I had a comfortable stay"

"Our room was very clean and things we asked for were gotten quickly. Staff were eager to provide assistance if needed."

"Nice and good location in Gangnam with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Also nice to have a condo type hotel so you can stretch out and do laundry when required"

"This hotel is incredible! We were treated so well. The staff is very helpful and there is a lot of attention to detail. The bar is so beautiful with a great view and live music. We also had dinner there and the food was amazing. Building is very modern and the rooms are exceptional. Would definitely return!"

"The AC Hotel in Gangnam is a great hotel. Located in Gangnam, it has easy access to food options and shopping within a couple blocks of the hotel. It also offers access to some sites that might not be on your traditional Seoul itinerary in Bongsuensa Temple and the royal graves of Seolleung, Jeonghyeon, and Jeongneung. It’s also a 30ish minute car ride from Seoul proper. The staff were amazing, and I’d like to thank Jinny at the front desk for helping me at both check in and checkout. Highly...

"Great location in Gangnam and close to Jamsil Stadium via a short cab ride or ~20 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops around, clean and nice room. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean and location was great. "

"Everything was perfect! Rooms very more spacious and full of amenities than I expected. Room was clean. Kettle, microwave, refrigerator, TV were all available in room. Room and bathroom slippers separate. Shower amenities were also good. Overall very good hotel. The only one issue I had- the pillows were too thick.."

"This hotel is close to the subway station and offers excellent accessibility to anywhere in Seoul. It is also clean, and the staff are friendly."

"This location is closer to business center however if you’re interested in tour of COEX or Gangnam area, Shilla stay at COEX might be a better option with closer access to subway and bus stations. "

"The hotel was centrally located for cosmetic procedures. The amenities were great- kitchen, exercise facilities, in room dining. It was right across the e street from restaurants, olive young and GS25. They even allowed me to check in early. I was so grateful. Will definitely be back on my next beauty trip!"

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff."

"Very clean and great location"

"First time in Seoul and the grand mercure definitely helped make it a better stay! Everything from the room itself, the staff, the vibe in the hotel - and the breakfast! Lovely lovely stay! 10/10 will recommend!"

"Fairly close to the station and nice eateries around (including a cheaper Korean style meals). Clean and friendly staff."

"We had a fabulous experience. Great beds, spacious room and not overwhelming large property. The dining and coffee options were great but opened just a little late and pool and gym were amazing! Staff was very friendly and accommodating."
