"Excellent staff service, environment and experience comfortable and quiet providing a good rest. Driverless monorail to onsen was awesome with spectacular scenery. Free ice pops provided. Husband saw a deer in the grassland while using the onsen. Only regret was the food quality that couldn’t stand out."

"I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April. Thank you Expedia for leading me to this magnificent destination."

"We all enjoyed the various facilities of the hotel. Especially, the family hot spring became a special time. And there were facilities for children to play, so children also had fun. There were many places around the hotel that were carefully cared for. I recommend it"

"We stayed 3 nights and totally enjoyed the private onsen in our room. The room was clean, though it was small. The staff were friendly and helpful, the property and surroundings were quiet, it was nice that the property was sitting next to a very clean river. The hotel offers free transport from Kagoshima airport which made it possible for us to get there. Thank you to all the staff work there to make our stay so pleasent."

"Everything you need at a great price"

"The hot springs, including private ones, are amazing (and sulphurous), and so are the views from the hotel. The food is simple and good, both at dinner and at breakfast. On the other hand, rooms have cheesy smell to them, probably from mold; wifi is very weak."
